Current Open Positions
PROJECT SCIENTIST/ENGINEER/GEOLOGIST – required in Houston, Texas. Successful candidate should have 3-5 years previous environmental consulting experience and OSHA HAZWOPER 40-Hr training (29 CFR 1910.120). BS required in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science or other Earth Science. Responsibilities include both field and office work including, but not limited to: sampling soil and groundwater, logging soil borings, field mapping, supervising drilling and remediation subcontractors, documenting daily field activities, installing groundwater monitoring wells, and authoring detailed site assessment and data evaluation reports. Candidate should possess a strong working knowledge of EPA-approved low-flow groundwater sampling methodologies and knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations (TX & LA) is preferred. Experience with the Texas TRRP rule is strongly desired. Must possess excellent technical writing skills. Must be a self-starter and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
